2020 Ford Fiesta R2 Rally Car Entry-Level Review
The R2 is built by British firm M-Sport, the exact same company accountable for the top-level R5 Fiestas you see in the World Rally Championship.
The street car-based R2s are less expensive, and aimed at teams or people who want a cost-effective, trustworthy, aggressive entry-level car that is in accordance with all of the FIA’s restrictions. Power originates from an Ecoboost 1.0-liter three-cylinder engine producing 200 horses, getting torque to the front wheels via a five-speed sequential transmission built by Sadev.
The new R2 will be the spec car used in next year’s 2020 WRC Junior championship. Although we’re sad we won’t have the opportunity to personalize it on this page, we continue to enthusiastic to see it on the phases.
